Return Policy
We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied. If you do not like the product, you may return it for a full refund as long as it meets some conditions.
Our return policy is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in some cases, only partial refunds will be granted.
 

Shipping Returns
Please contact us at admin@zorbec.com before returning the product and we will advise you of the address to ship it to.
 

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to you to notify you that we have received your returned item with a notice of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
